Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller

Kellie Hendricks Rhoades, CPA, was elected as Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller on November of 2012. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Court Clerks & Comptrollers as the representative for District 3. She also serves on the Budget Committee for the Florida Clerks of Court Operation Corporation (CCOC). She is a duly elected Constitutional Officer as mandated by Article V, Section 16 of the Constitution of the State of Florida.
